Harold was always bigger than New York itself. He singularly represented a little of what we all wished we could be. Harold perpetually acted out when he was a youth, impromptu hysterics. He was king, an american hero, a good man and a good friend. He embodied skateboading in NYC from day 1, back in the days when KOCH and DINKINS were mayors and the city was hopeless, harold would attack theses mean streets at 2am with 12 layers of clothes on. Harold will always be with us.
