at least he went out the cool way............ i cannot believe you actually said that... very lame and immature. for those of you who need to know, Harold had a small heart attack in his sleep. really, though - it does not matter. many of us lost a great friend, who will be remembered for the ways in which he touched our lives. we remember him for the way he lived, not the way he died. please respect that.

To all those that knew him, he was that dude, you know, the one that would always be there out of nowhere, the one that if you hadn't seen him for awhil, he acted like it was yesterday ya left off, the kind of dude to go out of his way to make sure he said what's up, no matter how deep ish was at any club, if he heard u was there, he would go and look for you until he saw you. I come from a time when we use to skate for fun, before supreme, before zoo york before all of that! When we was all kids having fun, trying to be the best d**n skaters in the world! We grew up at the boroklyn banks, on water street, in midtown, at the harlem banks, on st marks in hyleean's(can't spell that right) crib blazing it up, harold, keenan, benny, billy, ronnie, p-nut, julio, giz, pang, wiley, cosmo, ryan, warren, ivan, steven cales, story, lokey, huf, keenan, ben liversedge and the rest of those dude from team jab, the whole staten island crew, kin, ricky, malachi and all of benji's fam, the whole od's crew, freddy, alex, rich, louis the queens crew, schwartz, rick, paul leung, louie louie, bruna, oh man there were so many cats from queens and all over, if I forgot to mention you then please forgive me, we was a family, a real family, from the 25 cent drinks and lil debbies cakes, to the food fights in burger king and stealing cups to drink soda. We stuck together no matter what. So times have changed and so have many people, whether it be there jobs, staus, egos or whatever, one thing is certain, harold never changed, he was always harold hunter....one of the coolest, realest cats you ever met.
Rest In Peace my friend, may God receive you with open arms and allow you to watch over us......

First, we would like to express our sorrow to all of Harold's family and friends. I'm trying to find the song that Harold did with ODB? not to sure if it was ODB, but I'm trying to find that song to post on our message board. Keep sharing your stories and footy about this man, he was "one of a kind" and could never be re-placed. We will miss you Harold, RIP. Thrasher magazine

it's called harold hunter ditty. It's on myspace do a search for rz or billy rohan. They played at his benifit the other night and it made everyone crazy! I said good bye to a great friend today and would just like to add...
I met harold in michigan at age 14 and then 6 years later in chicago. Years later I moved to NY and Harold was the first cat I saw and he showed me around. I'm was a no one to him or his buisness, but he still went so out of his way so as I would be comfortable and dig NYC. That alone makes Harold one of the greats. It's rare in our lives people respect things that cannot further themselves... Harold was one of them. I miss you already man. We will meet again.
